Goba June 21/2013 Five educational facilities constructed in Bale Zone, Oromia State with over 38 million Birr have gone operational, the zonal education office said. Planning and Program Work Process Owner with the Office, Dreba Regasa said the schools are constructed in rural localities, which have no access to similar facilities. He said three of the educational facilities are secondary schools while the remaining preparatory schools. The schools have classrooms, laboratories workshops, libraries, assembly halls and sports facilities, among others. The regional government covered the full cost for construction of the schools. Nearly 30,000 students are attending classes at 36 secondary and preparatory schools in the zone.
