CAIRO, Aug 20 (KUNA) -- The second batch of Saudi humanitarian and medical aid, ordered by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz for the Egyptian people, arrived today at Cairo International Airport.
Upon its arrival, the batch, which was divided into three shipments and carried by three Saudi transport planes, was received by airport authorities, which also completed the batch's arrival and departure procedures from the airport.
Last Saturday, Saudi King Abdullah instructed dispatch of three fully-equipped field hospitals to Egypt along with medical teams and equipment to support the Egyptian people during current difficult times resulted by latest political unrest in the country, and to help ease pressure on hospitals there.
