HIGHLIGHTS
Syria: In the past week, IOM provided repatriation assistance to 71 stranded migrants and resettlement assistance to 141 refugees. Since the start of the crisis, IOM has assisted 3,553 stranded migrants and 13,587 refugees to leave Syria.
Jordan: In the past week, IOM facilitated the transportation of 3,871 Syrian refugees. To date, IOM has facilitated the transportation of 325,829 Syrians from border areas (Thnebe) to Za’atri and Emirates Jorda- nian (EJC) camps.
Iraq: On 30 June and 1 July, IOM distributed 230 Non-Food Item (NFI) kits to 230 households in Erbil, Sulay- maniyah and Baghdad.
Lebanon: IOM teams and engineering experts assessed five shelters and selected one shelter for im- mediate renovation to accomodate 200 vulnerable Syrian refugees.
